At DarioDeals, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Since 2021, our goal has been to provide a stress-free shopping experience, and that includes a straightforward returns process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Note for EU/UK Customers: In accordance with consumer rights, you have a minimum 14-day "cooling-off" period to notify us of a return, followed by 14 days to ship the item back.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to process your return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

We’ve made returns easier than ever. You can start a return in one of two ways:

  1. One-Click Withdrawal: Log in to your account and click the "Withdraw from Contract" or "Return Item" button next to your order for instant processing.

  2. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@dariodeals.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products, earrings, or sealed health items once opened).
  • Downloadable software or gift cards.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage in your email to speed up the process.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Most refunds appear in your bank account or credit card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Return Labels: We can provide a prepaid return label upon request, the cost of which will be deducted from your final refund.
